These Terms of Service govern use of tradingwithkgonline.com and requests for the educational services offered under the Tradingwithkg name. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean Tradingwithkg. References to “you” mean the person accessing the website, requesting information or enrolling in an educational service.

Read these terms before requesting a service. A paid enrollment may also have a written course description, booking confirmation or service agreement. The confirmed scope, price, delivery arrangements and applicable cancellation terms form part of that enrollment. A specific written agreement controls where it expressly differs from these general terms, subject to applicable law.

Tradingwithkg offers financial market education, including foundational courses, technical analysis training, risk management lessons, educational strategy workshops, market analysis training, individual learning sessions, learning programs, membership access and digital study materials.

Our services explain concepts and methods. They do not constitute personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not place trades, operate brokerage accounts, hold customer investment funds, manage portfolios, execute orders or provide trade signals as part of these educational services. Individual learning concerns educational needs, not the suitability of a transaction for your financial situation.

You must be at least 18 years old to request or purchase our services and have the authority to enter the applicable agreement. Information supplied for a booking must be accurate and current. If you act for another person or organization, you must have appropriate authorization.

You are responsible for your own learning decisions, access to suitable equipment and an internet connection, preparation for agreed sessions and the accuracy of the educational questions you provide. Do not supply brokerage passwords, private keys, payment card information or other sensitive account credentials through the website form.

The website inquiry form checks required fields and displays an on-page completion message. In this website implementation, the form does not send a message, save its fields to browser storage, create a customer account, initiate payment or confirm a paid booking. A completion message describes the page interaction only.

To communicate with Tradingwithkg, use the contact information at the end of these terms through your own email or telephone application. Enrollment exists only when the relevant scope and arrangements are separately confirmed. If a delivery or messaging system is added later, its handling of information must be described accurately in the Privacy Policy.

Website descriptions summarize the educational subject and intended format. They do not promise a particular instructor, duration, number of meetings, accreditation, certificate, trading result or level of proficiency unless that feature is specifically confirmed in writing.

Before payment, the applicable description or agreement must identify what is included, how the material or session is delivered, the access period where relevant and any prerequisite knowledge. Requests remain subject to availability and an agreed delivery arrangement. Material changes to a confirmed service must be communicated rather than assumed.

Prices on the website are stated in U.S. dollars. The listed service prices are $299 for Trading Fundamentals Course, $499 for Technical Analysis Course, $399 for Risk Management Course, $350 for Trading Strategy Workshop, $450 for Market Analysis Training, $1,200 for Advanced Trading Education Program, $150 per hour for a 1-on-1 Trading Education Session, $1,500 for Personalized Learning Program, $99 per month for Trading Education Membership and $149 for Digital Trading Guides Package.

The inquiry form collects no payment. The total price, any applicable taxes, accepted payment method and payment schedule must be disclosed before you commit to a purchase. A price change applies to new enrollments and does not alter an already agreed price without consent. Do not send card details or banking credentials through a general inquiry.

Courses and materials are delivered digitally or through the online arrangements confirmed for your enrollment. Live sessions and workshops require a mutually confirmed date, time zone and meeting method. Digital access arrangements must state the relevant access period before purchase; a website summary alone does not promise permanent access.

If an agreed service cannot be delivered as described, contact us so that the issue can be assessed. A replacement arrangement, rescheduling or refund may be appropriate depending on the circumstances and applicable rights. We do not treat an inquiry completion message as proof of delivery.

The 1-on-1 educational session rate is $150 per hour. The booking confirmation must state the duration, scheduled time and any preparation or rescheduling conditions. Additional time requires agreement; it is not added automatically.

If you need to change a booking, contact us before the scheduled start. Any specific notice period or cancellation charge must be disclosed and accepted before booking. If we cancel a paid session, you may choose an appropriate rescheduling arrangement or a refund for the canceled, undelivered session, subject to applicable law.

Trading Education Membership is listed at $99 per month. Before purchase, the membership offer must identify the included educational resources, access dates, billing frequency, whether renewal is automatic and how to cancel. Automatic renewal may be used only after the required clear disclosure and authorization; the inquiry form itself does not authorize recurring billing.

For an authorized recurring membership, cancellation stops future renewals according to the disclosed billing arrangement. Access and any refund treatment for the current paid period follow the accepted membership terms and applicable law. A material renewal price change requires notice and any consent required by law.

You may request cancellation of a paid service by contacting us with the booking or invoice information. Before purchase, any service-specific refund conditions, access restrictions, scheduling requirements or cancellation fees must be disclosed clearly. We do not rely on an unpublished policy or a blanket “all sales final” statement to remove legal rights.

If a service is canceled by Tradingwithkg and no acceptable replacement is agreed, the amount paid for the undelivered service will be refunded. A request concerning an already delivered session, partially completed program or accessed digital material is reviewed against the accepted terms, the facts of the request and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or defect remedies, remain in force.

Financial markets involve risk, including the possible loss of capital. Short-term trading and leveraged products can carry substantial risk. Educational participation does not remove market uncertainty or make a trading approach suitable for a particular person.

Historical charts, simulations, examples and hypothetical exercises are used for learning. They are not a prediction of future results and may omit fees, slippage, market liquidity, financing costs, execution constraints or other conditions. We do not guarantee profits, returns, income, trading success or a particular educational outcome. You are responsible for seeking qualified independent advice where appropriate.

Website content, original course materials, written guides, presentations and other educational resources are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Purchase grants only the personal educational use permitted by the relevant enrollment. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale, distribution or commercial copying.

You may keep your own notes and use legitimately supplied material for the agreed learning purpose. Do not reproduce entire courses, share restricted access, sell copies, remove attribution or create competing commercial materials from protected content without permission. Third-party resources remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Do not record a private session or other participants without the permissions required for that session and by law. If a recording is part of an educational offering, its purpose, availability and handling must be disclosed before participation.

Participate respectfully. Harassment, unlawful behavior, unauthorized access, disruptive activity and attempts to collect another learner’s private information are not permitted. Access may be limited where necessary to address serious misuse, with refund treatment determined by the accepted terms and applicable law.

We aim to keep educational descriptions and prices clear, but website content can contain errors or become outdated. Market-related information may change. An educational example should be evaluated in its context and is not a live instruction to trade.

Website access may be interrupted by maintenance, platform issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Updates to general website materials do not silently change the confirmed scope of an existing paid service. If you notice a material error, contact us so it can be reviewed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits or decisions made by relying on general educational content as though it were a personalized recommendation. You remain responsible for your own financial activity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer remedies. Any limit in a specific service agreement applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law and does not waive non-waivable rights.

If you have a concern, contact us with the relevant booking information and a clear explanation of the issue. We will consider the circumstances and seek a practical resolution. Contacting us does not remove your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Subject to mandatory rules that apply to you, these terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to use competent courts under applicable law. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of class or consumer rights is imposed by these website terms.

The update date appears at the top of this page. We may revise these terms to reflect service changes, website functionality or legal requirements. Material revisions for an existing paid service must be communicated as required and do not apply retroactively to remove an accrued right.
